SEEDS stands for “Space Engineering EDucation Satellite”
Seeds was launched at 1:34 July 27th, 2006 (local time). The CubeSat “SEEDS” which is 10cm cube, 1kg had been developed by Nihon University, College of Science and Technology, Department of Aerospace Engineering since 2001.
Mission
Amateur Radio:
Our SEEDS has 2 functions which HAM’s can enjoy. The functions are SSTV and digi-talker. SSTV is function that sending picture by radio wave. Digi-talker can send voice message from far away orbit. So, Please enjoy SEEDS’s SSTV and digi-talker. And we also prepared QSL card to present for who received radio wave from SEEDS.
